Background and experience
Jim Flannery joined OMC Claims in May 2023 as Brand Ambassador, responsible for business development and the promotion of the company.
Jim has specialised in Loss Assessing since 1999, having served as a Director of Balcombes Claims Management until the business was sold in 2022. Before that, he worked with Irish National, Eagle Star and Zurich Insurance from 1980, giving him more than four decades in the insurance industry.
He has extensive knowledge of policy wordings and a deep understanding of insurance policy cover and claims processes.
