Why John

Three decades of insurance expertise, working for you

Most loss assessors have only ever worked for policyholders. John spent decades adjusting technical and complex losses for insurers before moving across to represent claimants.

He knows how insurers assess values at risk on commercial and industrial property, and where settlement offers commonly fall short, so your claim is prepared and argued by someone who understands exactly how the other side will approach it.
