Martin O’Brien is a Senior Assessor and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with OMC Claims, covering the South East region. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in Ireland.
After several years on site, Martin spent 14 years as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor on commercial, industrial, leisure, healthcare and domestic projects, specialising in property insurance losses. He joined OMC Claims full-time in 2009.
He now handles complex and technical commercial and domestic losses, applying construction-industry precision to how claims are valued and negotiated, and provides Quantity Surveying expertise to colleagues across OMC Claims.
