Policyholder Support
Why Seamus
Insurer-side experience, working for you
Most loss assessors have only ever worked for policyholders. Seamus spent years adjusting claims for insurers before moving across to represent claimants. He knows how insurers assess a claim, where they challenge figures, and where settlement offers fall short of what a policyholder is entitled to.
His Quantity Surveying background means he can value reinstatement and repair costs with precision, which matters when a figure is being negotiated with a loss adjuster acting for the insurer. For you, that means your claim is prepared and argued by someone who understands exactly how the other side will approach it.
