Background and experience

Tara Eastwood Lyons is a Senior Assessor with OMC Claims, covering the West and Midlands. She began her career as a qualified solicitor in commercial litigation, including litigation matters in insurance.

She later completed an MSc in Quantity Surveying and her insurance exams to qualify as a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP), then worked as an insurance loss assessor in Dublin for four years.

Tara combines her legal background with insurance knowledge, giving policyholders an assessor who understands both the technical and legal sides of a claim.
